Retriever Services Privacy Policy
Retriever Services Terms & ConditionsUpon creation and completion of Retriever account setup the customers agrees to the following terms and conditions as part of the Retriever Services service:
1. Service agreement
The customer agrees and approves Retriever to monitor their nominated bank account for incoming deposits using the bank feed as provided by Envestnet Yodlee. The customer agrees to allow Retriever Services to process a direct deposit on their nominated bank account three times per week (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) at 11am (AEST) or 12 noon (AEDT) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Retriever payment processing partner ZAI ( https://www.hellozai.com/company/policies/direct-debit-request-service-agreement )
The direct debit shall be calculated as follows:
Percentage GST (%) nominated by the client during the onboarding process applied against any deposits received into their nominated bank account since the previous GST processing date.
The customer also acknowledges they can adjust the nominated percentage applied to the direct debit at any time by logging into their Retriever account and adjusting the rate under the Retrieval Rate tab.
The customer agrees to supply to Retriever Services their Australian Taxation Office (ATO) BPAY reference number so funds collected by way of direct debits can be transferred on their behalf directly into their client service account with the ATO.
Deposits excluded from GST processing (direct debits)
The customer can at any time nominate a “deposit cap” whereby they can nominate a threshold amount over which any deposits exceeding the deposit cap will be excluded from GST processing/direct debits)
Subscription Fee
The customer agrees to Retriever Services processing direct debit on their nominated bank account for a subscription fee of $16.50 per month incl. GST. This direct debit will take place exactly one month from the date of sign up until otherwise canceled by the client using one of the methods as outlined in section 3 of the Terms & Conditions. Retriever Services reserves the right to increase the subscription fee upon one month's notice to the client via email to their nominated account email address.
2. Getting help
The customer can get help with their account at anytime using one of the following contact methods:

3. Cancellation
The customer can cancel their Retriever account at anytime without penalty using one of the following contact methods:
